Situation Report! Important stuff here folks.



Click the flag for daily water flow on the Guadalupe River.

Here is some general information for toobing noobies:
100-500 CFS -- RECREATIONAL FLOW -- Least Dangerous River Conditions (bring plenty of cold beer)

500-800 CFS -- CHALLENGING FLOW -- Physically Challenging River Conditions (bring a six-pack)

800-1200 CFS -- AGGRESSIVE FLOW -- Caution: Strenuous River Conditions (bring a can of Colt-45 Malt Liquor)

1200-3000 CFS -- EXTREME CAUTION -- Experienced Boaters Only - NO TOOBING (bring a chair to watch the flow and a case of beer)

Above 3000 CFS -- DANGER -- Guided Rafts Only - NO TOOBING (bring a sleeping bag)

WEAR A LIFE JACKET AT ALL TIMES. Strong swimming skills recommended. Please respect private property. NO glass or plastic foam allowed on river. Be aware of rapids hazards and your exits when floating. For details and information, check with an outfitter.
